1. ASSESSMENT:  Elder Angels conducts a comprehensive assessment of the senior’s needs, preferences, memory care and medical requirements. We consider factors such as the level of care required, budget, location preferences, social activities, and amenities.
2. EDUCATION:  We provide information and education about options for senior living, including benefits, services, resident rights, and costs. We help understand the differences between communities so you can make an informed decision.
3. PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS:  Based on the assessment, we will recommend several communities that align with your loved one’s specific needs. We consider factors like healthcare needs and services, social activities, dining options, safety features, and accessibility. 
4. TOUR COORDINATION:  Elder Angels will assist in arranging tours with our recommended communities, and whenever possible, we will tour communities with you. We will help you ask relevant questions, observe the environment, and gather firsthand impressions.
5. ADVOCACY AND SUPPORT: We serve as advocates for you and your loved one throughout the placement process. Elder Angels will help navigate the often-complex admission paperwork, and we always ensure the community you choose meets all necessary legal and regulatory requirements.
